Spent whole morning and afternoon at Bukit Cahaya, Shah Alam with Emily Chooi, Shannon, Romano, Jason, KimJiang and etc etc. Had pretty much fun while cycling though we were lack of sleeping last night, (: A healthy activity can evaluate one's health, so I think am consider a healthy person but just dislike expose to sunlight, I might melt -________-
